Whilst this book is aimed at students and practitioners in the field of HRM, its accessible style, breadth of coverage, and range of useful resources, should make it relevant to a far wider audience. Joseph-Richard encourages and supports the reader to expand their repertoire of methodologies to produce valuable evidence-based insights for professional practice.
